Scope of the assignment The scope of the assignment includes several service components and has a varying organizational commitment. It concerns the assignment providing: emergency response training and emergency response advice; First aid training and first aid advice. For further information, see the appendices below: 'Desired situation for emergency response and first aid training and advice'; 'Explanation of organization and target groups Emergency Response and First Aid Training and Advice'; The scope does not include: emergency response and first aid consumables; AEDs. Lots This assignment is not divided into lots. Purpose The framework agreement, with an effective date of November 1, 2026, is entered into for an initial term of two (2) years. The The client has, with mutual consent of the parties, the right to extend this framework agreement two (2) times, each time for a period of two (2) years. The maximum term of the framework agreement is therefore six (6) years. The decision-making process This extension(s) is made on the basis of an evaluation of the performance of the services provided. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 250, 000 per year excluding VAT, considered over the term of the framework agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
