Tender Details

The intent of this project is to make the space more functional and comfortable for the employees in the Grain Research Laboratory (GRL) on the 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors. On floors 13, 14, 15 and 16, optimize space in selected Dry Labs, create a permanent workpoint for all Laboratory employees outside of the Labs /Dry Labs, add a kitchenette on each floor, and update the primary individual enclosed offices and reference rooms with paint, flooring and ergonomic furniture for all workpoints (furniture to be procured by CGC).
