(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 15B10126Q00000020 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the necessary equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision and warranties necessary to recondition two (2) designated water tanks on the grounds of the Federal Prison Camp Alderson, in accordance with the specifications and the attached Statement of Work.
This acquisition is Unrestricted.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(iv) Location of Service: All work shall be performed at 1 Glen Ray Road, Alderson, WV 24910. The contractor shall coordinate access with the designated Government representative. The Government reserves the right to inspect all products delivered and services performed, either at the time of performance or at a later date, to verify compliance with contract requirements.
