Work at this site includes the removal and disposal of the existing 6.1 m PG type girder bridge on a treated timber substructure and the installation of a new 2000 mm diameter CSP culvert with a 24 m invert length. The crossing is located on a local road over a Tributary to Macdonald Creek, 4 km northeast of Rich Valley. A location plan has been included in the Plans section of this document for the Contractor-s convenience.
Without limiting the provisions of these Specifications and Contract, the Scope of Work at this site shall include the following:
