Description

Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources to complete the construction of Beulah - Halliday 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild in North Dakota.

The principal components of the work involve demolition of approximately 31 miles of 115-kV transmission line, rebuilding 31 miles of new 115-kV transmission line with 954 kcmil conductor, 3/8-inch overhead ground wire, and 0.465-inch, 24 fiber optical ground wire.

The estimated construction magnitude of this project is more than $10, 000, 000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 26, 2024, projected bid due date April 25, 2024, and the projected bid opening date is April 26, 2024.
