Seinäjoki's educational municipality association Sedu is requesting bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of a battery energy storage system (BESS) as a total responsibility contract (KVR). external electric battery storage to be placed on the campus, which will be integrated into the property's electrical system in accordance with the tender request and its appendices. The system must fulfill the technical, security-related and minimum functional requirements. The contract includes at least:- electric battery storage design - drawing up the plans required for the building permit - delivery of equipment, systems and necessary components - installation and electrical work - commissioning, testing and official approval procedures - delivery of operating and maintenance instructions and other handover documentation - user training for the customer's personnel - system operation, maintenance and maintenance service as defined in the tender request way. The electric battery system must be suitable for reserve and electricity market use and meet the requirements of Fingrid Oyj, the network company and the regulations of the authorities.
