The scope of works covers the planning, design and delivery of new and repurposed simulation laboratory spaces at Federation University’s Berwick Campus to support the Nursing program. The scope includes both physical infrastructure to ensure the facilities meet academic, accreditation, and operational standards.Key Components of the Scope:1. Design and Construction Works- Detailed design and documentation of new Nursing lab.- Conversion of identified campus spaces including: -- G80: New Nursing Lab with embedded simulation capability. - Minor demolition, fit-out, partitioning, flooring, plumbing, joinery, mechanical, electrical, and data services.- Compliance with accessibility, safety, and ventilation requirements.
