Tender are invited for Construction of a new 2-story building of approx. 35, 400 sq. ft., 22 classroom building addition. The project also includes renovation of the existing building, including upgrade to LAN, and installation of instructional walls in all existing classrooms. Modifications of parking lot, playground and ER/TR. Also to include replacing the roof, clock intercom systems, fire alarm systems, chiller, boiler, HVAC controls system and cooling tower.
Notes : Pre-Bid Conference to be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 @ 12 : 45 PM at the Site located at 6350 Peak Drive Las Vegas, NV 89108. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
