the accountability program aims to create an environment where civil society organizations, citizens and the media interact with governments to provide better basic services to people. The program has a duration of twelve years (2016 to 2027). For this phase 2 (2020-2023), the sdc is seeking, through this international call forestablish a qualified service delivery structure to ensure four main areas of intervention: • overall and strategic coordination of the program • operational, administrative and financial management • coaching, training and capacity building of stakeholders • monitoring-evaluation and capitalizationthe successful operator must have great capacity and solidity insadministrative, financial and 2.7 place of supply of the service benign 2.8 duration of contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system starting date: 01.04.2020, ending date: 31.12.2023 this contract may be renewed: yes description of renewals: the option to directly award tracking warrants is reserved.2.9 options no 2.10 award criteria ca1: qualification and experience of the designated team (implementation charge, backstopper) weighting 35% ca2: comprehension of the mandate and general approach weighting 35% ca3: approach and organization weighting 10% ca4: financial proposal weighting 20 % 2.11 are variants allowed ori remarks: the variants must be explicitly designated as such and delivered separately from the basic offer.
