Description
The purpose of this sole source solicitation is to obtain Benefit Connect (BC) licenses along with the required system support from Willis Towers Watson (WTW), will enable PBGC staff to utilize the benefit administration support system. This system must grant PBGC personnel access to essential data in BC for conducting research, executing benefit calculations, and managing benefits for approximately 90, 000 participants in the Sears Pension plans.
