A new testing and piloting environment serving business, research and training in the water sector will be built in an underground hall in connection with the background Mikkeli wastewater treatment plant. The R&D environment to be built comprises the testing lines for new water technologies with measuring equipment, the information platform's digital for the development of services and other necessary infrastructure. The testing lines are suitable for both clean and wastewater treatment processes. In the test line, it is planned to carry out several different pilot projects utilizing the currents derived from the different stages of the wastewater treatment plant. The R&D environment also serves educational institutions in research and education. Its construction takes place in the "BEM TKI-infra - Blue Economy Mikkeli competence center's new RDI environment" - a project financed by the Etela-Savo regional association. The project is part of the Innovative and competent Finland 2021-2027 program (JTF). workshop and laboratory facilities (containers) will be acquired for the BEM R&D environment. The request for tender contains two items. The items are as follows:- Item 1 Workshop container: - Item 2 Laboratory container: The bidder must offer both items. If the offer is based on used containers, they must be clean - in a condition similar to the current containers (see appendix 1).
