Description : Maastricht University as the lead-partner in the ETpathfinder project will host a facility aimed at the development and tests of extremely sensitive optical interferometers like those used in gravitational wave detectors. ETpathfinder will be an international center for research into high-precision measurement techniques, vibration isolation, measurement and control software, cryogenics and (quantum) optics in the context of next-generation gravitational-wave infrastructures. The facility will include an ultra-high vacuum vessel to be installed in a large cleanroom at Maastricht University. The ultra-high vacuum vessel, connected with large bellows, is intended to achieve an Ultra High Vacuum (UHV).

The tender is intended for the procurement of bellow assemblies for the ETPathfinder R&D facility. The order includes three types of bellows:

• 9 beamline bellows,

• 20 foot bellows,

• 2 triple-valve bellows.
