This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912J726QA0020001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Behavior Health Counseling Support Services.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This requirement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 621112 Office of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists in accordance with RFO FAR 19.107-2(c) and DFARS RFO FAR (Deviation 2026-O0037), using Simplified Procedures in accordance with subpart 12.201-1 for Commercial Products and Commercial Services to obtain non-personal services to obtain Behavior Health Counseling services support. Quotations are solicited from certified Woman-Owned Small Business Concerns (WOSB) concerns eligible under the WOSB Program (including Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns) in accordance with 13 CFR part 127. Quotes received from other concerns will not be considered.

The Idaho National Guard J9 Service Member and Family Support have a requirement for Behavior Health Counseling services to Service Members and their immediate family. The team shall be comprised of three (3) full-time Behavior Health Clinicians and one (1) full-time Admin Support position.
