Combined Synopsis/Solicitation forBehavioral Health Mattress ReplacementThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.Solicitation number 36C25925Q0434 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03.This acquisition is a Total Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127 Institutional Furniture Manufacturing with a small business size of 500 Employees. The Service Code is 6530 Hospital Furniture, Equipment, Utensils, and Supplies. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov to be considered for award.Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, Located at 6162 S.
