The subject of the public contract is repeated supplies of bedding intended for the needs of the contracting authority according to the technical specification, which is Annex No. 4 of the Call for Tenders. The public procurement is divided into 3 parts (i.e. Part A, Part B and Part C). Part A - Disposables blankets, Part B - Disposable sheets and Part C - Duvet covers. In accordance with the provisions of § 101 of the Act, the public contract is divided into three parts (Part A, Part B and Part C): Part A - Bedding - Disposable blankets. Part B - Bedding - Disposable sheets. Part C - Bedding - Duvet Covers. On the basis of this tender, contracts will be concluded for the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract. These contracts will include all the required documents specified by this Call. The participant is entitled to submit an offer for individual parts - i.e. for one, two or all parts of the public contract, completely at your choice. Bids for each part of the public contract will be assessed and evaluated separately, independently of the bids submitted for other parts of this public contract.
