The subject of the performance is, in particular, the construction of a pressure sewer, a gravity sewer, a water line, a water connection and a communication line - an optical network. Furthermore, the subject of fulfillment is the development of project documentation for the actual execution of the building, development production plant - workshop documentation, preparation of a final report on the quality and execution of the construction with an evaluation of the quality of the work performed, inclusion of data on tests, revisions and attestations of materials in this final report, and inclusion of comparisons achieved parameters with project parameters to this report. It also includes the training of workers servicing the finished work, the development of a timetable for the execution of all individual and complex tests resulting from generally applicable regulations and technical standards during the construction of the work. Establishment, operation, and after the completion of the work liquidation, construction site. The work also includes the removal and safe disposal of all waste generated during the execution of the work in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, incl. documenting confirmation of their harmless disposal. And documentation of all certificates and declarations of conformity for the products and materials used.
