Description : Invitation to Bid for Beautification Program (Town and Municipal Compound) at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro
1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the 2026 Local Expenditure Program (MOOE - Plans and Programs) intends to apply the sum Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Beautification Program (Town and Municipal Compound) at San Jose, Occidental Mindoro / sjom-infra-0078-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Completion of the Works is required in 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
