Only the completion certificate will be accepted.d) If the quoted amount submitted by the tenderer is less than or above 10% of the estimated price, then the tender will be rejected.e) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PCC, GCC and PPR-2008, PPA-2006 (with latest amendment)
