ABOVE DIMENSIONS ARE PROVIDED OVERSIZE AND REQUIRES FINAL MACHINE WORK AT ASSEMBLY.

THIS ITEM REQUIRES QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION:
A COMPLETE DIMENSIONAL INSPECTION OF EACH BEARING WILL BE WITNESSED BY A COAST GUARD QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE. ALL DIMENSIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE DESCRIPTIVE SPECIFICATIONS LISTED ABOVE. ALL MATERIALS SHALL COMPLY WITH OEM SPECIFICATIONS, STANDARDS AND DRAWINGS.
EACH BEARING SHALL BE INDIVIDUALLY PACKED IN A WOODEN BOX WHICH SHALL BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING ADAQUATE PROTECTION DURING MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS AND PROTECTION AGAINST OUTOF- ROUNDNESS DURING LONG TERM STORAGE.
EACH PACKAGE SHALL BE MARKED IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388- 2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY.
FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKAGING, PACKING, MARKING AND BAR-CODING WILL RESULT IN THE ITEM(S) BEING REJECTED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND RETURNED TO THE VENDOR.
