The HEART Trust/NTA invites suitably qualified consultants to submit bids in response to RFQ # BDWS_PD192008-040619 - Procurement of BPO Training (Fundamentals in Customer Engagement) by regions.
Bids shall be submitted by Wednesday August 07, 2019 @ 11.30 am, and shall include the following qualifying documentations.
1. Detail Description of the Training Location (To allow for Facility Audit Requirement) (Facility Audit validating the suitability
of facility; equipped with functional BPO hardware, software as stated by the NCTVET facility audit for the related
programme).
2. A copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Tax Compliance Letter
3. Training and Delivery Plan
4. Completed Technical Proposal Submission Form in accordance with TECH-1.
5. Completed Consultant/Firm's organization and experience in accordance with TECH -2.
6. Completed Comments and suggestions on the Terms of Reference, counterpart staff, and facilities to be provided by the
Procuring entity in accordance with TECH 3
7. Completed Description of approach, methodology, and work plan in responding to the Terms of Reference in accordance
with TECH-4.
8. Work schedule and planning for deliverables in accordance with TECH-5.
9. Team composition, assignment, and key experts' inputs and signed Curriculum Vitae in accordance with TECH-6.
10. Client Referral Form (At least three (3)).
11. Letter of Authorization, Reference is made to Form AF-1
12. Any other pertinent information required to assess the bid.
Consultants are also required to ensure that their HEART 3% contribution payments are up to date as at bid closeing date This will be verified via the Trust Revenue Service Department and the Internal 3% System. Consultants who are not confirmed up to date will be deemed non-responsive and thus the bid rejected.
