The scope of the requirement is as folllows.

Removal of existing equipment
Installation of the new equipment
User training for the equipment.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must able to perform work in Japan.
Note 2: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
