Tender are invited for Forward Operating Base (FOB) and Forward Operating Site (FOS) locations. conduct a topographical site survey of the motor pool, laydown and living support areas to include elevations, slopes and drainage; clear and grub an area of approx. 6, 000 SM for the motor pool; clear and grub an area of approx. 6, 000 SM for the laydown yard, clear and grub an area of approx. 6, 000 SM for the living and support area; deliver, distribute and compact approx. 4, 000 CM of gravel in the designated area with a 6" layer. This improvement will be used to provide support to the Soldiers, Marines and Airmen participating in Beyond the Horizon (BTH).
