Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE OPERATIONALIZATION OF 11ID (PROCUREMENT OF 1 LOT ELECTRONICS EQUIPMENT)
1) The Philippine Army through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2026-0055 dated 26 January 2026 duly signed by COL GEOFFREY M CARANDANG GSC (INF) PA, AC of S for FM, G10, PA to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for Operationalization of 11ID (Procurement of 1 Lot Electronics Equipment) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
