PROCUREMENT OF MEDIUM MULTIPURPOSE ASSAULT WEAPON (MMAW) UNGUIDED
ORD PABAC2-023-26
1) The Philippine Army, through General Appropriations Act Fiscal Year 2026 (RA 12314) with ASA Nr 2200-2026-0144 dated 10 February 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED NINETY ONE MILLION AND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 291, 924, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) under ORD PABAC2-023-26 for the PROCUREMENT OF MEDIUM MULTIPURPOSE ASSAULT WEAPON (MMAW) UNGUIDED. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The required delivery of the Goods is Three Hundred Sixty (360) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids.
