PROCUREMENT OF TRAILER, MOBILE KITCHEN WITH EQUIPMENT
ORD PABAC2-020-26
1) The Philippine Army, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2026 (RA12314) with an Advice of Sub-allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2026-0134 dated 10 February 2026 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of PhP175, 908, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 59 units of Trailer, Mobile Kitchen with Equipment for ORD PABAC2-020-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2) The Philippine Army now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Three Hundred (300) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within ten (10) years from the deadline for submission of Bids.
