Performing complex operational tasks in the Corvinus University Dormitories in Budapest. BCE complex operation Framework contract in the dormitories of Corvinus University of Budapest and in the Physical Education and Sports Center for operation - technical operation, performance of maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and cleaning tasks as follows: Buildings affected by performance: Ráday College; Kinizsi College and Physical Education and Sports Center; Tarkaréti College. To be provided in the framework of operation tasks: • cleaning (cleaning tasks to be performed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, waste management, bed linen, curtains, occasional cleaning tasks, general cleaning once a year, window cleaning); • technical operation tasks: general maintenance, troubleshooting, operational work: Electrical installation work, Water and sewer network work (work that does not require demolition, except for fault detection), Building mechanical work, Locksmith work, Security technical systems operation and maintenance, Operation and maintenance of elevators, Lightning and contact protection, Other official inspections, Household machine maintenance work, Carpentry work, Care of areas around the building, gardens and yards.
