Tender for total consultancy agreement regarding new construction of extension to Toftehaven Care Center in Ballerup.
The contract is offered as a tender with negotiation after prior prequalification in accordance with § 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act.
The tender has a high complexity both in terms of technical solutions and process quality samt takeover of previously prepared project material In order to ensure the desired quality and clarify risks, a dialogue and negotiation is desired which can clarify any misunderstandings.the tea garden.
Boligselskabet Baldersbo wants to build 48 new care homes for the existing care center Toftehaven. Boligselskabet therefore offers a total consulting contract with a view to final design of the project and subsequent contract tendering and execution.
The project has, in two rounds, tenpreviously tendered as a turnkey contractor.
In 2021, a turnkey contract was entered into after a completed tender. The contractor completed the design and started the execution, where demolition was carried out and foundations and terrain decks were cast. The execution was then stopped in Junein 2022, when the contractor filed for bankruptcy.
In 2023, the project was retendered as a turnkey contract, where the turnkey contractor had to take over project material and the executed foundations/terrain decks and then complete the project. The offers received for the completion of the task could not be contained before...
