The Bayshore Beautification MSTU (Municipal Service Taxing Unit) funds and maintains landscaping, irrigation, and landscape features withing the Bayshore boardwalk• Work Area- Bayshore Boardwalk - Bayshore drive Naples FloridaThis maintenance pertains to plants, shrubs, trees and palms, installation of new landscaping, and the repair and replacement of items damaged or destroyed; as well as irrigation system maintenance, plus irrigation controller operation utilizing cell phone access. The Boardwalk will be completed on or about February 1, 2026. As a new project most of the infrastructure, Landscaping, equipment and accessories will be under warrantee for one year with replacement and repair the responsibility of the contactor-s infinite construction inc. The majority of the first year will be maintenance and cleaning.The new boardwalk includes the following furnishings- Furnishings must be emptied or cleaned daily. 2- Bike racks5-Trash receptacles5- Recycle receptacles 8-BenchesContractors should anticipate being on site 5 days a week, the actual schedule and length of time to be determined.
