To check the enterprise and conclude the contract with the financial department requires the following information: . Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (datedcurrent year). . Copy of the certificate of VAT payer . Statute . Certificate from the bank on the opening of the bank account. . Copy of 1-7 pages of the passport of the head of the enterprise, personally signed by the owner of the passport; . consent to processing personal data (see Annex) . Copya proxy representing the interests of the supplier / other documents certifying the authority of the director; .
