Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with a valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.(b) It is the duty of the Tenderer to submit all the documents freshly. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation committee could not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer will be entertained regarding the file.(c) VAT & IT will be deducted as per the prevailing government rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.(d) Tender security must be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Green Road Dhaka or Bank Gaurantee in favour of Executive Engineer, Survey and Study Division, BWDB, Dhaka will be allowded.(e) All other criteria are stated in the Tender Document.
