Basic Norwegian course for Nav Vest-Viken Nav Vest-Viken will acquire a Norwegian course for participants who will achieve level A1. The purpose of the course is to strengthen the participants' knowledge of Norwegian, with particular emphasis on oral skills to increase opportunities for employment, or make use of other measures on the way to work. The procurement is covered by the Act on Public Procurement of 17 June 2016 No. 73 (LOA) and Regulation on Public Procurement of 12 August 2016 No. 974 (FOA).
