Tender Details

Basic mill for foil recycling with adjustable speed range 1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of a basic mill for foil recycling with an adjustable speed range. The specification of the mill is indicated in Chapter III of the Request for Proposal No 04/REKO/W/2026 of 09/07/2026 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of used devices. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of a mill constituting the subject of the order for which the Tenderer cannot demonstrate reference units, i.e. entities which this type of mill is used. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers or variant offers. 5. Technological purpose: The mill is intended for the basic process of shredding waste LDPE and LLDPE foil of origin municipal waste with possible inclusions of contaminants of other materials. The aim of the process is to produce a homogenized fraction in the form of a foil flake. 6. Input material: Waste LDPE and LLDPE foil of municipal origin containing pollutants both permanently and temporarily joined. Among the pollutants, mineral and organic fractions, metals and other materials can be identified. 7. Warunki pracy: a) The mill will be installed in the production hall on a floor made using this technology concrete; b) Work cycle - year-round, shifts (4 teams); c) Operating ambient temperature ranging from 1 to 40°C. 8.
