Paeaekaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Kaupunkiliikenne Oy) is organizing a tender for the main, architectural, structural and building engineering design of the Rautatientori metro station basic improvement and commercial development project on behalf of the Helsinki City Transport Authority (HKL)a in the scope according to this request for tender and its appendices.
A Service Provider/Group is sought for the contract to be responsible for the service according to the Service Description and the Contract, including the planning tasks that belong to the whole.
The tender must be given in the attachment Tender form mukfrom the planning tasks.
The project is a basic improvement project, for which the customer has defined as a goal a modern, safe and functional metro station and a commercial entity coordinated with the neighboring properties.
The basic improvement project includes the facilities and technical systems controlled by the Customerelmaet on the platform level of the Rautatientori metro station, in the technical facilities and tunnels below it, and on the compass level (K2) and mezzanine level (K1) above. In addition, the metro station has several entrances to the station square, Kaivokatu, the premises of the station tunnel and neighboring properties. For the public avthe actual premises are on the platform, compass and mezzanine levels. The surface area of the metro station is 13, 500 m2.
The assignment is scheduled for the planning and implementation phases of the project, approximately 06/2024 - 12/2028.
The customer is running separate projects for the fire safety of the metro station and the overhaul of the Kaivokatu deck...
