The subject of the contract is the construction work of the basic improvement of the grounds of Kytöpuistonkoulu in accordance with the attached procurement documents. The area has normal school, club and leisure activities during the construction period. The building site is located at Peltoniemenkuja 1, 01360 Vantaa. The basic improvement of the yard includes earthworks and vegetation work in the yard area, work including the installation of coatings and coverings, installation of yard tools, lamps, structures and equipment, fences and drainage systems, and related demolition work. The phasing of the works will be agreed with the school and the client so that the school has a sufficiently large and safe yard area in use in terms of operations. At the same time, HSY's pipe construction site is located on the school's driveway with its traffic arrangements hindering the traffic arriving and leaving the school.
