Tender Details

The construction site is located in Pohjois-Tuusula, in the Jokela urban area. The park is located in the area bordered by Opintie and Riihihaanpolu, high school and middle school, and the small house area. The contract includes those attached to the fully completed construction of the project in accordance with the plans and documents, including land, green and waterway construction and lighting renewal. The area's stormwater is absorbed into the soil and channeled through ditches into the stormwater network. the contractor acts as the main contractor. The contractor draws up a warranty period management plan for the sites, the plan and the work performance must be based on the VKT 2021 publication of the Green Environment Association.
