Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the construction work of the basic improvement of the grounds of the Ilpola school in accordance with the attached procurement documents. The area has normal school, club and leisure activities during the construction period. The building site is located at Ilpolankuja 5, 01650 Vantaa. The basic improvement of the yard includes earthworks and vegetation work in the yard area, work including the installation of coatings and coverings, installation of yard tools, lamps, structures and equipment, fences and drainage systems, and related demolition work. The storage building of Ilpola school will also be renovated. The phasing of the work will be agreed with the school and the customer so that the school has a sufficiently large and safe yard area in use in terms of operations. The yard work will be carried out as a total contract. The unit prices offered by the contractor can be applied to possible additions and changes.
