The object of the procurement is the basic improvement of Aleksanteri school as a cooperative project management contract. Aleksanteri's school consists of three school buildings built at different times. The school is located at Hallituskatu 26, 33200 Tampere. The basic improvement project is two-phased so that it dividesuu to the development phase and then, with a separate decision, to the implementation phase.
The main designer has been selected for the project, the project management contractor signs other design assignments in his name. Project management tasks and construction work belong to the project management contractor. Project management contractedand acts as the main implementer of the site and the site manager and contractor responsible for site services. A building automation contract will be tendered separately in the name of the customer, which will be subordinated to the project management contract.
