Basic classrooms of ZŠ Švermova - IT equipment The subject of this public contract is the delivery of new (unused) IT equipment to the newly reconstructed pavilion "C" of the ZŠ Švermova building (it is the premises of the former swimming pool). This is audiovisual equipment nature (interactive displays, computers including relevant software and other accessories). A description of the required equipment is given in Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation - a statement of measurements. The supplied internal equipment must be new and unused, meet the requirements of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended, and must be in accordance with all valid legal regulations and technical standards relating to interior equipment. The interior equipment will be placed according to the project documentation (see appendix no. 5 of the tender documentation). The contracting authority has a significant interest in the delivery of quality products and materials as part of the implementation of the public contract, therefore the contracting authority in the procurement conditions sets the minimum required standard of the subject of performance (see Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation). The participant in the procurement procedure must demonstrate in the offer that the required technical conditions are met, in the following way: a) by filling in a separate one intended for that purpose form, which forms Annex No. 6 of the tender documentation (measurement statement), in which the participant indicates the manufacturer and the specific type offered (name, trade mark) for each item (each offered product)...
