1.0 PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT
The purpose of this amendment is to:
Formally extend the quote submission deadline from Monday, 24 August 2026, at 9:00 AM EST to Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT.
Provide administrative clarification concerning the controlling submission date, time, and Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) time zone to prevent administrative non-compliance.
Confirm that all required solicitation attachments are enclosed in the current solicitation package.
Provide a mandatory administrative reminder that all offerors must formally acknowledge receipt of Amendment 03 and all prior amendments as a condition for their quote to be evaluated.
