NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to CC Communications, Inc. (CAGE CODE: 2D516), 899 S. Maine St., Fallon, NV 89406, United States, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
This requirement is to provide telecommunication services to include the use of the Base Telephone Systems (BTS) at Naval Air Station Fallon, NV.
The Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T), operate, and maintain all digital switching equipment, system software, network interconnections, base distribution cable plant (fiber and copper) features, voice mail systems components, digital services and equipment, 911 services, data circuits and channels, back-up power, and system capacity necessary to provide a Base Telecommunications System (BTS) that consists of state-of-art digital technologies including, but not limited to, integrated voice, and data. Request for services would be contracted for a base year and two (2) option years.
The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor proposals and no solicitation or RFP will be forthcoming.
Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 04 March 2026 at 11:00 AM PST via e-mail to elisa.r.allison.civ@us.navy.mil. The information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
