1. The Goods are delivered on the terms of DAP to the Buyer's warehouse located at the address: Vinnytsia Region, Vinnytsia District, Babyn Village, Vatutina Street, Building 1.2. The parties have agreed on the following quality indicators of the Goods: humidity - no more than 14%; grain admixture - no more than 10%, · waste admixture - no more than 2%.· Protein - no less than 9%. Other indicators of the quality of the Product - in accordance with DSTU 3769-98, as well as medical and biological requirements and sanitary norms of the quality of food raw materials and food products. 3.
