The Barangay 554 Zone 54 District 4, Manila, through it's Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested Training Services to conduct our Barangay Training Services to wit:
1.) 1 Package Barangay Training and Seminar
BID PROPOSALS/QUOTATIONS, shall be submitted to the BAC Chairman or BAC Secretariat on/or before August 25, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and it will opened immediately on the same day August 25, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in front of attending bidder or bidders or their duly authorized representatives, COA and NGO representatives. The venue of bidding will be at the Barangay Hall, located at Sobriedad Extension corner Kundiman Street, Sampaloc, Manila.
