Notes:
1. All envelopes shall be properly labeled and provided with Ear Tags/Index Tabs for every document submitted in the bid documents.
2. All other requirements shall be referred to the Instruction to Bidders (Section II of the bidding documents); i.e. proper sealing, labeling, marking of bid envelopes, date and submission of bids, etc.
