Description of the service: Bar service and control and operation of the municipal swimming pools
Procedure: Type of processing: Urgent Justification of the urgent processing: Art. 119.1 of Law 9/2017 of November 8 on Public Sector Contracts, henceforth LCSP, establishes that they may be subject to urgent processing files corresponding to contracts whose conclusion responds to an urgent need or whose awarding must be accelerated for reasons of public interest. The purpose of this report is to justify the concurrence of the budget of fact provided for in the first paragraph of art. 119 LCSP, to the extent that we are faced with a non-deferrable and urgent need. Given the proximity of the summer dates, it is necessary to start an urgent open procedure motivated by the non-deferrable nature. This is a service for citizens, so the urgency of the procedure is clear from its object. Due to the proximity of the summer dates, we have to shorten processing times, in order to resolve the conflict as soon as possible, to cover the service total assistance essential in this collaborative task.
