The subject of the order is comprehensive banking services budget of the City of Zduńska Wola in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2030 and taking out an overdraft by the City of Zduńska Wola to cover the transitional deficit occurring during the year in 2027-2030. 2.Order includes: 1) opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts, 2) executing domestic and foreign transfer orders, including instant transfers, 3) making all payments to and withdrawals from the Ordering Party's accounts bills, 4) provision, including installation and reinstallation of electronic banking software at the positions indicated by the Ordering Party and its servicing, 5) provision of electronic banking services, 6) generating and providing statements banking, 7) issuing and handling payment cards, 8) enabling payments via POS terminals by the Ordering Party's contractors to the Ordering Party's accounts, including providing, installing and servicing POS terminals and handling transactions made using cards issued under international payment systems, 9) granting (in each year of the agreement) a loan in the current account of the City budget, 10) training of persons designated by the Ordering Party...
