• Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with the Bank of Montreal for the provision of banking services. • Term of the contract - five years commencing on January 1, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional five-year terms, for a maximum potential term of fifteen years. • Value of the contract - the estimated value of the contract is approximately $2, 000, 000 over the maximum potential term. Anyone wishing to request more information and/or has any questions with regard to this NOITC may use the Q&A Board of the event on the City of Vancouver Supplier Portal prior to the closing date and time.
