This Assignment relates to the complete and integral facilitation of the RDW's payment transactions by a suitable banking service provider. The Assignment includes realizing a modern, secure and future-proof payment environment in which all incoming and outgoing cash flows are processed efficiently, reliably and in accordance with laws and regulations. The service provider provides, among other things, the connection to treasury banking and offers at least eleven separate bank accounts are necessary for the various financial processes within the RDW.
