Summary Details:
The Peace River Regional District is seeking a financial services institution to serve as the organization's primary banker for the provision of a comprehensive suite of corporate banking products and services as outlined in this RFP.
A copy of the Request for Proposal is available on the BC Bid website www.bcbid.bc.ca Search for Document #40-2020.
PROPOSALS clearly marked "RFP 40-2020 Banking Services" will be received by the Peace River Regional District at procurement@prrd.bc.ca until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on November 9, 2020. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned to the proponent.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFP documents, including any addenda issued during the RFP period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the proposal, before the proposal is submitted.
Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.
The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions...
