banking services

the north east school division is requesting proposals for the provision of banking services. through this request the nesd seeks to select the successful proponent, specify the conditions that woudl govern any resulting contract and define the fee structure.

the term of the contract shall commence on may 15, 2019 and shall remain in effect until april 20, 2024, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outlined herein. nesd reserves that right to exend the contract for up to ten (10) additional consecutive years, for a maximum potential contract of fifteen (15) years, or re-tender the commodity.
