Based on its municipal master plan, the city of Schlieren wishes to launch in 2024 a total ordinary revision of its construction regulations and zone plans. This will first relate to the treatment of priority measures of the master plan, as well as to the adaptation of new regulations and zone plans to notions and measurement methods defined by the intercantonal agreement on the harmonization of terminology in The construction field (AIHC). It will then be a question of adjusting it to the current revision of the planning and construction regulations for a territorial development adapted to the climate. The legality and relevance of the current zoning, as well as those of the construction provisions and indices of use, must therefore be examined in a targeted manner.
